She was born and raised as an Catholic in the city of Manhattan's Upper East Side. Her parents enrolled their daughter in the Convent of the Sacred Heart, a religious elitist institution. From the time she was a child, she has been an avid music fan. She learned how to play the piano at a very early age and composed her first song of original composition at age thirteen. She was a part of open-mic night. The singers she likes the most are the Queen Michael Jackson Madonna David Bowie. Following her graduation from high school, she enrolled in the Tisch School of Art at New York University to study music. But she did not finish her studies she abandoned them to start her musical career.
